Completely built in stainless steel for cylindrical containers the ROTO 4” is connected directly to thermal printers, TSC industrial series. So complete, it becomes a very effective print and apply system, called Pk-50. The Pk-50 prints and applies labels white, transparent, off-set pre-printed, from the reel, in a single cycle of work optimizing the time of labelling. Available are the TSC industrial line printers which are different in the quality of printing from 200, 300, 600 d.p.i. and the presence of Ethernet connection. The working cycle is very simple by lowering the start lever, the machine starts the printing and labelling cycle automati-cally. Up to 1000/hour can be applied precisely an professional to cylindrical container, bottles, glasses or ampoules with diameters from 10 to 120 mm, while the maximum width of the print area can be up to 108mm. Thanks to PK-50 labelling system, you can use generic labels on which you can print complex sequences of progressive numbers, dates, batch numbers, barcodes, etc.. that means a lower cost of warehouse. Available option called “small vessel” offers the possibility to treat even small containers which typically have the cap larger than the body, such as glass jars from 30/40 ml. Especially features and low cost of the TTP-246M Plus and TTP-334M Plus economy printer models, since the investment can amortise over a short and sales can be improved by the use of attractive, professional-looking labels.
