Our cooperation with Anuga FoodTec has now being developed in a strategical agreement for the creation of an international platform headed to the promotion of food technologies in high potential markets, thanks to the network of contacts with the food industry developed by Anuga and Cibus, the leading exhibitions dedicated to the food sector.
The extraordinary incoming program of VIP Food Industry Buyers, a rich program of workshops and special projects such as the highly automated real working lines, the Start-up district and the Future Food Technologists Competition will confirm Cibus Tec as the favourite Hub of innovations and business of the Italian and international food industry that, since 1939, has decided his technological investments here in Parma.
At the fair there were some thirty companies from different areas that we represent in the whole region and on the Croatian market.
Hit are certainly cooking technology in the vacuum of jams, chutney, salsa and sauces. Fruits and vegetables are cooked at 40 ° C, where it retains all the vitamins, enzymes, minerals and natural color. Cooking is very short, 10-30 minutes, depending on the product, the level of water in it and the degree to which the product is cooking. Cooking according to the old recipes of our grandmothers is the past, because the long cooking destroys everything worth inside.
New way of pasteurization of juices with high pressure instead of cooking and heating to 85-90oC. It is cold-squeezed juice with a shelf life of 30 days, where they were again kept all valuable ingredients.
The famous family Enolmatic / Enomaster with cheap machines for filling wine, oil, juices, liqueurs, milk, beer, … has a new member. Perfect solution for refilling fluid in jars with pickles, peppers, olives or oil in cubes of cheese, fish fillets or any liquid in any product where you do not know the exact amount of required fluid. The machine will always fill to the specified level.
There were a various machines for packing granular, powdery, farinaceous, in pieces and cream products in small or large bags. The device can operate automatically. It is introduced an ultrasonic welding method, which makes var perfect but the more expensive machine. Hit are a packaging machines for the pouch bag with zipper.
Featured are semi-automatic machines and automatic lines for filling liquid and cream in glass or plastic bottles or containers, with input and output tables. Monobloc contains part of the filling, placing the cap and labeling.
One entire pavilion was dedicated to packaging and labeling, labeling, additional printing date, lot number, expiration dates and other important information.
