HYDRAULIC PRESSES WITH MILL
Hydraulic presses with mill are used for cold pressing of seeds of pumpkin, sunflower, hemp, flax, grapes, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.
For small producers there is an offer with a capacity of 15, 20, 40, 80, 100, 200, 500, 1000 kg/h
ADVANTAGES OVER THE COMPETITION
1. Edible oil is used to lubricate the machine, the price of which is around 10 € / lit, unlike others that use mineral oil for gearboxes of 150 € / lit.
2. If there is a leak of lubricating oil from the machine into the oil being produced, there will be no harm because it is edible and there will be no difference in the analyzes. That way you won’t have to throw away a large amount of processed oil.
3. The price of the machine is determined by the quality of the steel and its service life. It is usually possible to process 100 tons of raw material in the competition, while with these machines it is 120 tons and in the Special version 186 tons of even the hardest seeds.

HYDRAULIC PRESSE FOR HOT PRESS PRODACTION
The hydraulic press is used for pressing roasted mash (pumpkin seeds, walnuts, sunflowers, etc.), in order to produce oil. The pressure in the hydraulic system is adjustable up to 300 bars.
The press automatically maintains the pressing pressure, while oil flows into the collection vessel.

MILLS FOR MILLING SEEDS
They are used for milling different mashes (pumpkin, sunflower, walnut). The mash is poured into the dosing funnel after the final start of the mill in empty mode. The dosing rotor adds seeds to the mill.
