The machine is suitable for the packaging of food products in round and pilable containers with the following max. dimensions: dia. 95 – h. 125 – 500 cc., closed up with pre-cut aluminium foils. The packaging machine has a mechanical speed of 2.800 pcs/h., however the production performance depends on other elements such as: the kind of product, the filling volume etc. 
The RPC 15/10 is is composed of 10 operating stations (see description) and has an electromechanical functioning system pneumatically assisted. It is simple and friendly to use, flexible, reliable and  competitive. It can be personalized upon customer request with different optional equipment. The speed of the machine can be manually adjusted thanks to its gearmotor.

MACHINE LAY OUT
POS. 1 – CONTAINER DISPENSER suitable to denest pilable preformed cups. A system of springs regulates the falling of the containers in the rotary table. Producer offers a patented® system of springs adjustable in height, that let to the cup to be driven to the rotary table as to reduce the risk of having a bad positioned container.
POS. 2 – FREE POSITION
POS. 3 – DOSING UNIT suitable to fill viscous products. The quantity of product to be filled can be manually adjusted up to 500 CC. The filling volume can be adjusted through graded knob. The dosing unit is complete with a filling head with valves suitable for the filling of liquid and semi liquid products.

POS. 6 – LID DISPENSER with sucker to pick up the lid, turn it upside down and position it on the container. The lid denester is precisely regulated on the size of the lids and each size will have a specific dispenser.
POS. 7 – THERMO SEALING HEAD at controlled temperature that can reach a maximum of 350 °C. The operator can check in every moment the temperature of the welder and modify it through the temp controller. The sealing plate is made on the size of the container 
POS. 8 – FREE POSITION available to install an optional such as a coder or snap-on cap dispenser

POS. 10 – EJECTION of the packed container. The container is lifted up from its seat and pushed  horizontally in the discharge tunnel till the edge of the safety guard

SAFETY GUARDS – Our machines are equipped with safety-guard with aluminium anticorodall structures and panels of lexan openable on 3 sides. The doors are complete with micros for the immediate stop of the machine at their opening. 
FEET – the machine is built of 4 levelling feet with stainless steel shaft
SPARE PARTS KIT – Series of springs for thermos-sealing head, nr. 2 springs for container dispenser, sucker for lids, hexagonal keys, spanners, screwdriver, keys for control panel .
