This machine has been designed for dense products, non-acid or corrosive products like honey.

The distinctive feature of this machine is the jacket made in transparent plastic material, suitable for the contact with food products. The valve and the dosing nozzle are made in stainless steel and built with tri-clamp joints for an easy assembly and disassembly for cleaning or maintenance.

The stainless steel basement is equipped with a support adjustable in height, for the container to fill.

The signal to start the dosage is done by pushing the pedal through a pneumatic system.

The dosing valve is provided with an antidrop system and a wire-cutting device.

Manual regulation of the dosed quantity from 80g until 1,8 kg of product by the handwheel located in the back of the doser.

The machine works with compressed air 6 bar and could be fed by an hopper or it could suck the product directly from the tank.
