Line AMB Rousset for washing and cleaning nuts of the stones, leaves, twigs and green bark.

Capacity line is 30-100t per year, the line can be created using more models and other machinery, which increases the capacity up to 500t per year.

Line can contain all of these elments, but also some of the elements may be omitted depending on the needs of the customer.

1. Loader unit

Elevator length of 5m – width: 300 mm – the ability to regulate the height and slope

The container in the shape of a funnel in which the nuts unloaded from the truck or trailer (width: 2.60 m)

2.  Desticker (Removes branches and larger pieces of 700mm wide x 1.70 m long)

3. Washer , washing nuts of the earth and dust – length of 2 m Ø 660

5. Elevator 3m – lenght : 300mm – width , fixed

6:. Washer – Huller,  Wash and remove the green shell – length 2m Ø 800 with regulator

7. Blower for empty shells before drying,  type 1500

8. Selection table and visual control by human  2m – width: 500mm – Galvanised steel with motor and speed control
