Pk-52 is a semi-automatic label applicator for round containers with diameters between 10 and 120mm. You can apply a wrapping label around the product or two double-sided labels on the same prod-uct. With the remote controller (potentiometer) you can easily adjust the exact position of the counter label and store the posi-tion.
The main selector offers 3 posi-tions for:
1) Automatic label loading.
2) labeling with 1 label.
3) labeling with 2 labels.
Using the machine is simple and intuitive for all operators, lowering the lever automatically starts and ends the label application cycle. The side stop adjusts the height of the label on the vessel. The “fork” housing the containers between the rubberized rollers is easily adjustable and securely fastened in place so that you can handle the products very Small , 10mm in diameter, like vial, tubes, pencils, lipsticks, small containers in general. With the “small vases” option you can also label the containers with the exposed closure tap, as for ex-ample 30/40 mg honey pots. The Pk-52 applicator, which is connected to the EPSON printer, gives you the freedom to create labels and applications in one work cycle, freeing the costs of printing and pencil implants, needed to create typo-graphically printed labels.
