DRYERS FOR FRUITS , VEGETABLES AND HERBS
This dryers are successfully used to dry fruits and vegetables, like exotic fruits, tomatoes, mushrooms and sweet herbs. Drying is done by means of forced circulation of air, which is heated by a generator. Also in case of drying fruits and vegetables the air at low Temperature and its alternative flux inside the equipment are the main performers of the process that respects chlorophyll, vitamins, colour and perfume normally damaged by hot temperatures. By means of the programmer it is possible to formulate temperature cycles and different times, according to the products. Also the following parameters are controlled:
– Humidity of the air incoming and out coming
– Speed and quantity of air
– Temperature of the air incoming and outcoming
The drying proceeding is the same for all kinds of driers of our production. It is the outcome of long studies and great experiences in the different fields, it is with a continuous finding and it can be so summarized In first phase the product is invested with a mass of warm or temperate air circulating one way for about 30 minutes.During this phase the surface-humidity which is blow off in the outside evaporates.After a stop of five minutes the ventilation begins again in the opposite way and the valves move automatically controlled by theelectric ventilators. So the products revives because it forms a surface crust which by physics law draws the humidity of the inside outwards. The succession of reversal of the drying air flow is repeated for the numbers of times enough to lead the product to the desired degree of drying , programming the various phases through the electric board with desired temperatures and times.This method allows to effect the drying rapidly without altering the properties of the product and its peculiar characteristics, with the taste, the colour and its natural fragrance.

CE Marking : The proposed plant/machines has been designed and will be realized in conformity with the CE machinery directive 89/392 and subsequent integrations. The plant/machines will be provided of CE marking and related CE declaration of conformity.
