Roaster for dried fruit (professional version)
To obtain high quality dried fruits to sell directly or to be used as raw materials in the food Industry. We can offer an reliable machine to be used for roasting / dry fruits ( nuts, almonds, peanuts, etc. ).
The machinery is mainly composed by:
– Main frame made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304.
– Heating system by resistances controlled by a thermo regulator and a probe. The operator could set the different temperatures according with the products
– Internal drum with guides to move continuously and gently the nuts to maintain a good roasting quality
– Insulation of the roaster with high density material.
– Cooling / peeling unit used to cool the nuts after roasting process and, for hazelnuts, to remove the peel
– Electrical panel in painted iron, installed on the main frame with for the operator panel used to control the machinery
NOTE: This machinery needs a connection with compressed air at 6 bar for the proper peeling of the roasted nuts in the basket.
The equipment is certified in accordance with the CE Machinery Directive and will be supplied with an operator manual and maintenance and related electrical scheme in English version.
Adjustments in this machine:
– Drum speed control by potentiometer and inverter
– Set the correct temperature on the digital thermo regulator
These 2 adjustments are used to set correctly the roasting cycle for each products like nuts finding the best colour, roasting point, etc.
The roaster comes with a standard hopper for suitable capacity. The operator manually pour the product into the hopper equipped with manual valve for loading the product in the roaster.
Cooling and peeling nuts: Basket for handling the nuts after the roasting cycle + cooling system.
One motorized arm is moving the nuts to reduce the temperature and peel, for example, the hazelnuts. Into the lower part of the basket one perforated mesh is used to increase the passage of air and improve the heat exchange.
ROASTER-15
Nominal production fit for different fruits from 10 to 20 Kg / h. Roasting/drying process is uniform during all the cycle, temperature is adjustable electronically while the heating system is electrical . Machine is completed by an extractor-fan and the system to remove the combustion fumes and collect the skin of the nuts.
Each batch is about 40-50 minutes with a load capacity from 10 to 20 kg which varies according to the type of roasting desired and depending on the type of product to be roasted.

Roaster with capacity 50 kg/h for dried fruits (nuts) such as pistachios, hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts etc.

SPRAYER
Chocolate dispenser with container for heating chocolate or similar food liquids.

The wheeled frame moves easily during the coating process
This system must be connected to an air compressor (customer’s obligation), with an electronic timer to adjust the spray time.
ELECTRIC cabinet made of sheet metal, in which the spray part is installed.
Consists of:
– digital thermoregulation system for temperature adjustment
-Heater switch – temperature – on / off
– On / off spray switch
– Pause / default settings according to the amount of chocolate sprinkled on the product.
This equipment is usually connected to an existing roasting or sugaring machine to automate the chocolate making process.
