Today modern nutrition and science reveal high value whole-wheat flour produced in stone mills, which actually kept all the vitamins and salts which are within the grain. Rural millers, bakers, industry and farmers are increasingly using stone mills, especially for getting the whole-wheat flour. I can only grind dry products, but not those containing oil and grease. Stone grindstone are heavy and produce soft, light not heat treated flour.

They are used for:
