Description
The stainless steel pot with agitator EPJAM 50 is ideal for the production of jams, goulash, etc.
The user is able to produce easily and efficently different kind of jams and others.

The cooked jam can be filled directly into the jars through a special valve mounted above the bottom.
The mixer with scrapers does not allow burning to occur for the bottom and walls of the pot.
