The Melters are excellent machines, with a proportional capacity, to complement and accompany our turboemulsifiers.The Melters we produce are intended to melt and bring to the liquid state various fatty products, mix fat-soluble compounds or maintain suspended and at the required temperature the mixtures for short-term storage, prior to subsequent production processes.

Made of AISI 316L or 304 mirror polished stainless steel they are equipped with a mixing system and an openable cover to monitor the correct processing of the fluid contained.
Heating occurs as for turbo-emulsifiers with electrical heaters suitably sized and set according to the temperature of the fluid to be achieved and adjustable with special thermostat.
The safety devices comply wit the regulations in force and the electric panel can be mounted on the machine or separately, according to specific customer’s needs.
