2. Blower for shells Typ 400 or 800 Light, small and easy to transport, this device will easily separate kernels from shells. It removes about 30% of the shells and processes up to 70kg/h or 200 kg/h.

3. Elevator for transport This is the economical version of elevator. Rather used to convey dried and clean nuts, this device will help make the job easier for you.

4. Walnut disbarking machine with vibratory feed pan Extremely accurate and adjustable, this device, when placed after a nut cracker, will easily disbarke walnuts so as to obtain halves. The best percentage of halves without shells is obtained when walnuts are beforehand calibrated. The machine processes from 40 up to 120 kg of walnuts/hour. Blower for shells Typ 1500 or 3100 Used to separate empty shells from plenty ones, this machine can also separate kernels from shells. it can be used for walnuts (dry or fresh), hazelnuts (dry or fresh) and chestnuts. We recommend you to put this machine after our adjustable vibratory feed pan, and before a calibration unit. It processes up to 1500 kg/h or 3000 kg/h.

5 Sorting table with or without speed regulation Inspection tables are available in economical or in standard version. They have two main applications : they can be used to separate broken and wormy nuts from good ones or be used to separate shells from kernels, halves…after cracking and/or disbarking. These tables are ergonomically designed to be comfortable for the user and are engineered to be easily maintained. Indeed, the white belt provides better visual comfort and as both height and speed are adjustable, you will have the ability to work in safe conditions and act according to your own rhythm.

6. Option Vibrating Sizing Sieve for walnut halves Sizing sieves for walnuts halves are available in a wide range of sieving so as to perfectly match your application. Extremely multifunctional, this device is used in industry as well as in forming and will certainly be very useful in your work.

With position 1 to 2 you get all nuts cracked, but only maximum 30 % are from the shells away and clean!!! With postions 1 to 5 100% nuts cracked and all shells 100 % also away from cernels.
